Smart Hunar Academy
At Smart Hunar, we are committed to providing high-quality technical and freelancing education. By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to the following course policies.
1. Enrollment Policy
- Course enrollment is confirmed only after full or agreed payment is received.
- Students must provide accurate personal information during registration.
- Smart Hunar reserves the right to refuse admission if false information is provided.
2. Attendance Policy
- Students are expected to attend classes regularly (physical or online).
- Access to recorded sessions (if provided) is for enrolled students only.
- Repeated absence without notice may result in limited support access.
3. Course Access Policy (For Online Courses)
- Course access is provided for a specific duration (e.g., 3 months / 6 months / lifetime — adjust as needed).
- Login details are personal and must not be shared.
- Sharing course accounts may result in suspension without refund.

Course Cancellation & Conversion Policy
1. Course Cancellation Policy
- Students may request cancellation within [Course Started Date, e.g., 3–7 days] of enrollment.
- Refund eligibility depends on:
- Number of classes attended
- Access to course materials
- After the allowed cancellation period, fees are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy
- If Smart Hunar cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive:
- A full refund OR
- The option to transfer to another batch.
- No refund will be provided for:

3. Course Conversion Policy (Switching Courses)
Students may request to switch to another course under the following conditions:

- Conversion is subject to seat availability.
- If the new course fee is higher, the student must pay the difference.
- If the new course fee is lower, the remaining balance will not be refunded (or may be adjusted — you can decide).
Only one course conversion is allowed per student.

- Students may request a batch change (morning/evening/next session) based on availability.
- Approval is subject to management decision.
- Multiple transfers may not be allowed.
